What Glowora stores

If you use Glowora as a guest, your answers, plan, notes and progress stay in your browser on that device. If you sign in with ChatGPT and save your plan, Glowora stores your account identifier and your plan data so you can return to it on another device.

What we do not ask for

Glowora does not ask for your precise location, contacts, photos, payment information or health records. Your phone's time zone is used only on your device so the plan can move to the next day at local midnight.

How the data is used

Your answers are used to create and display your personal 7, 30 or 60-day plan. Saved account data restores that plan and its progress. Glowora may show its owner limited product statistics—such as plan length, chosen focus, completion percentage and recent activity—to improve the experience. Private notes and individual quiz answers are not shown in the admin dashboard. Glowora does not sell your personal plan data.

Your choices

• Use the plan without signing in and keep it only on your device.
• Sign in to save and open the plan across devices.
• Clear browser storage to remove a guest plan from that device.
• Use “Delete saved plan” inside your plan to remove an account-saved plan and its device copy.

Young users

If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian to use an online service, please use Glowora with that permission. Glowora is a general self-improvement tool and is not a medical service.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Glowora grows or adds new features. The effective date above will change when a meaningful update is made.
